Open Contracts: Summits

The key benefits of the Open Summit proposal:

  • Open contract participants have the opportunity to gain discounts of up to 30% on normal prices for 10 participants or more to attend events worldwide over a 12-month period.
  • Your company will have flexibility as to how many executives (attendees) to send to each event (up to a maximum of four), with the option to add or subtract attendees up to eight weeks in advance of any event, without penalty.
  • Your company will be assigned a specific Delegate Acquisition Manager who will work directly with you to ensure that your prospect wish lists and your ultimate target audience are fully represented at each event that you will be attending.
  • Your company will have the opportunity to conduct an advanced review of the list of registered attendees eight weeks prior to each relevant event to determine your most profitable level of participation, thus maximizing your ROI.
  • Your company will be given first opportunity to have an existing client present a case study at up to two selected events in your product space, which will augment your sales presentations during your one-on-one meetings.
  • Your company will have the opportunity to display your products on the first day before any meetings occur in our Product Demonstration Area, at up to three events, selected by you.
  • Your company will be able to bring along a Technical Advisor at up to 3 events, to participate in meetings along side their colleagues. This will further improve the explanation of the features, functions and benefits of your products and services.
  • Global Branding exposure will be provided as an Open Sponsor through the www.marcusevans.com website and at a relevant selection of some of the 500+ Global events that we produce and hold each year.

Open Contracts: Delegates

Open Delegate Contracts allow the Preferred Partner the ability to make final decisions on the number of attendees to attend any event up to four weeks prior to the event taking place.

This ensures the flexibility to clearly identify appropriate attendance of events or opt out of selected events 4 weeks prior and reinvest the funds into another event, as your business changes.

Open Contracts: Sponsorship

marcus evans is very selective with choosing its key partners based on product/service strength in the market, brand identity and overall value added to our events. Given your organization fits these criteria we are very pleased to extend the Partner Program proposal to you in order to better align your firm with the various marcus evans events across North America.

  • Your organization will be given the opportunity to apply one of each of our Premier, Executive, Workshop and Collaborative sponsorship investments to four separate events.
  • You will be given the flexibility to choose the four events most applicable to you over a twelve month period, while allocating exposure levels accordingly.

  • Realize at least a 20% total investment reduction.
  • Flexibility to choose forward schedule events most applicable to your sales and marketing strategies.

  • The standard pricing discount of up to 20% to attend Congress events worldwide over the next 12 months:
  • Your company will have flexibility as to what size package to book at each event, with the option to either upgrade or downgrade package size up to eight weeks in advance of any event, without penalty.
