When is the deadline for registration?
Executives are encouraged to submit their registration requests as soon as possible since Solution Provider representation and Delegate attendance is limited.
What does the delegate package include?
The registration fee includes full participation in all keynote and conference presentations, as well as luncheons, dinners and other networking gatherings at the resort. Your travel arrangements to and from the Summit and personal alcohol consumption are not included.
How do I become a presenter?
In order to be considered for a speaking role at the Summit, please send a current biography and company profile to marketing@marcusevansbb.com. Please include the topics you are most interested in discussing based on your experience.
May I bring an additional guest to the event?
To accommodate the fast-paced Summit schedule, and facilitate the networking and information exchange among the select group of Summit attendees, we strongly discourage guests at the event. Participation in Summit activities is limited to registered attendees and is not open to guests. All room accommodations and activities are based upon the registered attendees. Any extra charges incurred due to unauthorized guests are the responsibility of the attendee and will be charged upon checkout.
What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual attire for all Summit activities is appropriate for attending Delegates. Solution Provider company representatives often wear company shirts.
When do I receive my final event itinerary?
All attendees are provided with a customized itinerary that incorporates scheduling made in advance through our secured online selection process. Final itineraries will be distributed to all attendees on the first morning at breakfast. This is to ensure that all last minute changes, cancellations, and late arrivals are accounted for in your itineraries as well as to accurately reflect all final registered attendees. Your itineraries will include your scheduled one-on-one business meetings, locations, presentations, conferences sessions, and other activities.
