In this stream you will discover how to apply actionable insights to understand consumer behavior, to drive advocacy of brands and meet the demands of the savvy consumer. You will also discover the latest in social mobile commerce and how to capitalise on the behavioral usage patterns of Gen Y and Z. Other topics covered also include brand loyalty, brand positioning and how to formulate experiential brand concepts to engage consumers and deliver a holistic brand experience across all channels.

Stream II : Shopper Marketing

This stream will uncover how to turn shopper insights into profitable in-store and visual merchandising solutions, analyse consumer demand and shopper segments, as well as tailoring store design and layout to maximise ROI per square foot, increase foot traffic and create a dynamic shopping environment. Here you will discover how to identify the most valuable shopper segments, evaluate store choice drivers and develop price and promotion strategies to convert more shoppers while maximising sales margin.

DAY 3 –  Full Day Workshop - Integrated Multi-channel Retailing

Establishing a seamless multichannel experience where all platforms are connected to drive more traffic, sales and cater to the needs of the tech-savvy customer.
